How to get the discounts?

Hi
I think there is probably an answer to this question already but i cant find it. I have an offer of a $5 reduction if i sound $25 or more by the end of today. I have my purchases all lined up ready to go, but i cant seem to apply the discount.
Must be something simple but i cant figure out what. Anybody help me please

You wont see any change in the Quickcart I think. You will need to go to the page before you actually purchase to see the discount being applied. It is a coupon code, so you need to enter it in the box, and apply it, same as the monthly PC coupon.

I don;t see anything wrong with what you have done, and I don;t think you can apply the coupon later on in the process, so, assuming that you have at least $25 worth of items in your cart, it should work.
Maybe chohole, or another mod, will be along soon and can help. If not, I would create a Support ticket now, and hopefully they will give you the $5 off when they come in on Monday.

My cart comes to $25.98, that sum is deliberate, i chose the things to buy specifically to get the discount. I really appreciate your time and the help you have given on this issue. I have not spent anywhere as near as much with Daz recently, precisely because of issues like this.
I'm having the same issue with the same coupon code and I have over $30.00 of items in my cart. Many of these items are on sale but the coupon itself doesn't say it excludes sale items only that it excludes gift cards.
Do you have Daz original items or PA items in your cart? With one of those you will need to have at least $5 worth of DOs.
I'm also having the same problem. Nowhere in the fine print did it say there has to be at least $5 worth of DOs. Is that a new policy now?

Only Colorways shaders and Mitsu Hair list Daz3d as the vendor but as was stated above the coupon says $5 off your purchase of $25 or more. The only exclusion listed is gift cards.
Since they made the switch from vouchers to coupons, I always operate on the assumption that, unless it specifically says otherwise, coupons will ONLY work on Daz Originals. Which means I spend less money here and lose more coupons, especially if they're of the "You must spend X amount in order to get the discount" variety. Also, the lack of information regarding sale dates -- why is it so hard to put a simple "Sale Ends At Whatever Day/Month/O'Clock Daz Time" notice on the darn page? -- now means less of my coupons get used.

I'm beginning to suspect that the script that was supposed to turn off the coupon at "end of day" today actually turned it off at the "beginning" of the day.
Oh well, nothing I absolutely have to have right now.
This is probably exactly right because I've been trying every which way and it's just not working.

Daz has in the very recent past left out requirements in their advertising. There was a $5 coupon which left out the fact that that you needed to spend $20 or $25 to get $5 off. All of the recent money off coupons have needed DOs to work, you can usually get away with having DOs up to the value of what the coupon takes off - so $5 off means $5 of DOs. So I just figured that this one would need DOs when I used it yesterday.
Daz also has the thing where you can only use a code if you were sent the email containing the code. However it sounds like Daz has switched it off, if it's not working on DOs.
I had a cart of 2 PA products totalling $27-some yesterday and applied the coupon perfectly easily, but before completing the purchase I had cold feet about one item and decided to wait overnight to think about it. You an imagine I'm regretting that now!
Today I put the exact same items into my cart and the coupon comes up as invalid.
Have also tried with a single DO of $50+, a couple of DO's totalling $25+ and still nothing.
I think they must have switched it off early.

On the bright side its a great weekend and we all saved at least $25 - Lets go out treat ourselves to icecream & pizza (its obligatory in my world cause *everything* is better after a slice of pizza, even ice cream) !
I went ahead an ordered stuff today and the coupon didn't work so I put in a ticket for a $5 credit
Odd, I used that coupon two days ago and it worked — it even used the full coupon amount (something else to watch for, this doesn't always happen). Maybe it was "turned off" earlier than it should have been?
It's all getting a bit ridiculous. We're getting lots of coupons semi-regularly, but a lot of them just plain don't work (for some people); some don't apply during the checkout process until the very last stage; a few have conditions not mentioned in the promo ads; a few don't follow their own conditions; and way too many of them have conditions that mean I can't use them before they expire.
The HIGH-5 coupon seems to have been set to expire too early, on Friday instead of Saturday. It has now been extended to cover the rest of the weekend, though I'm not sure whether it will expire at the end of Sunday or the end of Monday. Thanks to the DAZ people who fixed this at the weekend.

I haven't seen a coupon code yet... 6-13 I placed an order over 150.00....Why therse
coupons instead of crediting account ? Whose idea was this?
