Problem saving files

Super cheese sandwich

Everytime I save a file of Daz it make a image next to the file but when I use the viewport and try to save my file using the shortcut "ctrl + S" it doesn't show the right image. I have to save the file multiple times to fix the image. There is a way I can fix this? I attached two images. It's the same file but one is saved correctly and the other not. Thanks for the help
