Does anyone know what this costume is?

Apologies if i've posted this in the wrong place. I found a stock photo on deposit photo's. someone on there is rendering clothing/models etc. I really want this costume, and I've trawled through fantasy clothing for days, and I still can't find it. Does anyone know what this is please?
