What is with these wierd color changes?

This has been happening in my environments lately and I don't know what to make of it. It typically happens in ones I don't use much. What is with the flourescent colors?! In this one for instance, the water looks like dirt. I did upgrade to Daz 4.10 recently. Is there a conversion bug?

Using the Iray viewport, I guess? And it all renders properly with the proper textures and colours?

Than those bright colours outside the viewport area (as seen on the second picture) are Iray shaded textures, for which there seems no proper way to be shown outside the Iray mode.

  • I ran into this recently as well, I was rendering in Iray and the flourescent colors showed surfaces that didn't have iray shaders, or even iray uber. I Ctrl-clicked on the surfaces, added Iray uber, and the weird colors went away. Was actually helpful in that it pointed out to me what surfaces (on older products in my case) I had forgotten to change with iray shaders.

I tried applying the Uber Base to the surfaces when I see this but it turns them white in the view port. Also this is starting to happen to a lot of my environments now. I just bought this last night... https://www.daz3d.com/attic-entertainment-room ; and it was doing it like crazy. Everything renders beautifully but seeing this sort of sudden thing happen and spread like it is alarms me.
