Wow! This guy looks AMAZING!! He has a finely proportioned superhero build that dosen't have that swollen meat balloon look about it, which I think is the best thing about him. :D

Has anyone tested him out with other character presets yet? :)

The main issue is he is a full preset with no seperate head and body presets which is very limiting for me, I decided to try him out since I can return him if I couldn't do much else with him other than using just the Ronen preset. I was able to apply other morphs to him and change things up just enough where he might be useful for my projects, but I am still bummed I can't change his face much and not as versatile as i would have liked. I do like the skin and the undies are a nice addition though. Here is a test render with 100% Ronen and a bunch of other DAZ morphs to get him closer to what I was after.

That looks AWESOME. Looks like a whole new character. Getting him when I get home from work. Been waiting for Ronen since the tease in the PA thread. Herschel did a great job on him, IMO.

I picked him up. Didn’t like that he has no gens but I can make a workaround.

With everything I'm hearing here, I'll be returning this overpriced, half-baked thing.  No seperate head morph? No genital textures? This is not a complete product.  I mostly got it because I liked the look of the sculpt on the body (Figured I could turn off the head) and I liked the look of the briefs.  Sounds like it was a waste and will be more effort that its worth.

The PA did explain in another thread that he would have made a separate head and body morph IF it weren't for the fact that the neck on Ronin is so thick and muscular. It would look odd planted on a normal body. I kind of agree in this case. Normally I really don't like when the head and body aren't separated, but in some cases I can see why they aren't, like this one.

Really like the sculpt on this guy (great job, @Herschel Hoffmeyer) and don't have any desire to render anybody's junk, so I'd like to pick him up. Forgive me if this has been brought up and answered before, but before buying him, does anybody know what the deal is with the seams on his traps? They are visible in 5 of the promos (including the clay render). They're most obvious in this one:

Hopefully, it's an easy issue to address - looking forward to buying him!

He said in the commercial thread that the promos were done before he fixed the seams. Hopefully they ARE fixed ;).

The seems are fixed; personally, I thought the product was worth it just for the skin, the clothes and the hair.

The body morph was what I wanted more than anything. The clothes will hardly get used and I didn't care for the hair much. The more I play with the figure the more I am on the fence about returning as I can't change the face enough for my liking. I really want to add new faces to the body and have his face not look like Ronen, so I guess I can try the head split deal built into the new DS and see if that helps.

Actually, Ronen is quite morphable if you're willing to take the time. Here he is at 70 percent Ronen with a lot of other morphs, especially in the face, but on the body too. I'm not sure what's going on on his elbow and down the outside of his hip - I'll need to investigate that before I put in a ticket to make sure I didn't cause it with a morph. :)

Sorry about the graininess...I didn't let it render the entire way-just enough so you could see what he looked like. Heh...it's way past my bedtime.

Ok, here's a much better image. At least it's been allowed to run a lot longer ;)

While responding to this thread i noticed that Ronen character has a bunch of duplicate base Gen 8 Male morphs saved with him.

These should be deleted i believe...
