yep, Alf's favourite food
thanks Andy... I cover the mistakes up pretty good lol...
yummo, Wendy.... I'm sure your cats will be safe....................... if they don't venture out
Just about to head out for lunch ( Wedding Anniversary and the wife is buying ) but I was thinking of offering him to all for you to work on and improve...
looking forward to seeing the Carrara version...
@FlashGarcia
I had a play with modeling Cryll as you asked in the Hex Thread
Started with one sphere then duplicated it... cut out the bottom and top polys and bridged them both together... then just extracted the arms, legs antennas and nose/mouth thingy..
copied the bottom half of the bottom sphere and duplicated it to make his duds... boned him up and did a bit of weight painting..
ended up with this!
a fun project to do..
.
apparently so... I'd never heard of the little fella before and there's not much to go off for reference.. had fun though
Stezza, That must be Cryll in his Macho, Marlon Brando, form. He gets that way whenever a Crylette approaches him. Great quickie modeling. Looks too like he is in opera mode and singing, "Figaro, Figaro" as he strolls along.
I attached a screen capture of Cryll in Carrara. He is still needs some work in Hexagon, such as eyelids, eyeball retracting and sockets, and maybe a snout that can open. His trunks are a seperate piece. He looks like a toon character with his original spindly limbs and his Tor Johnson fat body.
Modeled some Tim Tam biscuits today... kind of anyways...
best eaten with a cup of coffee where you bite opposite corners off then use as a straw to suck up the coffee.... yummo
.
.
@Selina - LOL, now I won't be able to pack my suitcae without thinking of that!
Only Australia manages to name both a biscuit and the biscuit company after me!!

Hey Diomede,
Here are some photos I found of Ginger Rogers on Google for toon model referencing and for those like PhilW who mentioned Ginger was before their time. Ginger was before my time too, but my Mom was a bit of a nut for dancing and she grew up watching the Fred and Ginger films and got me watching them later.
Maybe Cryll will eventually dance with Toon Ginger.
"Ginger could do everything Fred could do, but backwards and in high heels!" Not sure who to attribute the quote to, but it is one of my favorites.
In the old days, even the clowns could dance! Enjoy.
.
had a packet of mini Tim Tams the other night whilst watching TV....
he could be Arnie Tam! and Tim is his Pseudonym...

thank goodness it's not WhiskyTangoFoxtrot!
Started with a sphere this arvo and thought what can I do with this... ended up with this Roora
Looks great. I always feel uncomfortable asking if you have boned your character, but have you?
LOL!
wow Stezza, you and Ted are ripping! Specially love your hairy creature thing a few pages back --- let me rephrase that - the one with bald bits.
There's someone asking over at carrara cafe on how to model cartoony animals - you might be able to advise him/her
lol
nope not yet... was going to have a go at boning it today but time just got away from me...
I dunno, I just push and pull most of it into a rough shape and hope for the best
Boned the Roo!
weightpainting still being my nemesis..
.
Hehe, we have a little spelling deviation in the family!
today's wacky model... with some morphs
mine...... mine......... mine.....
