there's certainly an opening there!
thanks, but I'd have to get serious...!! ...
plus no one uses Carrara to warrant it
talking of Wacky models though, I did this one today.. boom boom
my Wacky Carrara Sub... for Carrara, sunken it the depths of the attached zip file
I suggest not to apply any smoothing to the model as it will muck up the booleaned mesh a bit
other than that have fun, experiment and dive, dive, dive all dive....
today I modeled a Wacky Eagle!
and boned it!
wasnt there a way to load a texture on the uv mapping
cute he coo coo for cocoa puffs?
Thanks !
Bit colourful for a Wedgie !
Keep up the great work, Dave. The bird character is ready for action!
we try to keep having fun @Diomede
so modeled a wacky Carrara hard drive... . got lost in counting the pins lol ~ that's wacky!
Needed a Wacky Vintage Coupe so I modified Stezza's Creepy Coupe, added here since Stezza made it a freebie.
my first compy was a 386sx, 212mb hdd sprang for 4mb of ram, was running corel draaw at the time.
great to see some use and mods happening on the models ... awesome
wow... big HD for a 386
I remember getting all excited doubling the HD drive from 5MB to 10MB lol
Hmmm, how would it look with a ute conversion ?
nifty... in a wacky sort of way
Waiting for Carrara 10
Cool, I did a simple tray-back
watched an episode of Ancient Aliens yesterday on Netflix....
got me modeling a wacky 'time machine' complete with a wacky ladder to get in the thing...
and a morph to open the door... we do like to open doors
Great time machine. I "watched" an epsode of ancient aliens on Netflix also. It was a episode on underwater ancient aliens. Actually, I just find the commentary soothing. I close my eyes, listen for a few moments, and drift into a nice nap.
lol as do I
I'm up to episode 6 but can't remember episodes 2,3,4 or most of 5
which is a good thing as I'll just go back and watch them again and it'll be like the first time .... again..
Wow, thanks for sharing this great model. Any chance of getting the texture to see how it its done?
I used an image from LS ( which I can't remember where I got them from ) for the bump... you can use any image you like to replace it.. it's mainly for the bump to give the rivet look.
see the screen grab.
the rest of the shaders I just used Carrara shaders
enjoy
Cool. made a few quick morphs now it has extendable periscope =) Been a while since I was in Carrara almost forgot how to make those morphs.
awesome... Cpt Crane will love it....
this wacky model was inspired by G8F toe issue....
probably won't fix it ... but anyways...
wishing anti fungal all it needed lol
the toenail beds are little off in ds too, not the extreme we see.
some Wacky Tubular Bells ~ da da dum dum dum dum dum dummmmmm
modeled of course whilst listening to the full album... which you have to do...
very nice percussive instrument there
I was wondering what you were smoking while listening to Mike by your Facebook posts though
lol... yep.. gonna drag that out on FB for another day...
grandson's birthday party today at our house..... it's going to get rough!!! turn on the MegaBoom
Baby Shark... do do do do do
Very cool, really nailed the bent chrome pipe. Is this a Halloween thing? Plan to add a young girl's head turning 360 degrees?
(Caution, kind of offensive)

apparently the original score for the exorcist was dumped by the director and he chanced upon listening to Tubular Bells album and selected it straight away as the replacement... lucky break for Mike Oldfield ..
took the then girlfriend now wife to see the exorcist at the drive-in when it came out... she ended up under the dashboard of the car after 10 minutes and wouldn't come out
Yup, similar effect on my wife ... and me. Only a few movies have that kind of effect on us, another one is "Pulp Fiction" (caution:language)

P.S. an alltime favorite line "I'm kinda curious about that myself."
pulp fiction?
cant remember scary.
unless counting john travolta without his shirt. >.< what happened to the stayin alive physique
