Download Manager problem

I am having a problem with the DAZ Download Manager. When I execute it, the icon bounces in the dock but nothing happens. I an using a MAC Pro with OS 10.8.3. It worked at first but no longer does. Any suggestions ?

    My guess is that the "login prompt" is hidden either in another workspace or behind some window.
    If you rightclick the DIM icon in the dock and select "show all windows".
