Request For Help With Daz Crashing

Lately Daz is crashing every other time I try to render. Then I re-open the scene and I am able to render. Then I make some small adjustments like a pose change or a camera angle change, render, and I get a crash.
Then I re-open the scene AGAIN and it renders fine.
Below is part of the error log.
My question is....why does my PC run out of memory during one render, but then when I re-open after a crash, it renders fine? It's a scene with two characters wearing little clothing (bikinis) and a beach HDRI Environment.

Does the error happen every time, no matter what you are rendering, or just in that particular scene?
If the latter, what size is the scene you are running, and how much free memory do you have in your RAM when you load it? Rule of thumb is that a scene adds its size again to the memory when you are rendering in CPU, so if you have 16 GB RAM, and an 8GB size scene, when trying to render you would be at 16 GB+ from the cene alone. Insta-crash. The last message also points at a memory problem:
134.217.728 bytes from 13.639.680 bytes of available device memory saying that it tried to allocate 134 MB when it just had 13MB of free space on your card (if I in terprete that correctly)
Could you please check your Task manager as to the used RAM before and after you load the scene into DAZ Studio?
It happens in complex scenes. But like I said, sometimes I can render the same scene after it crashes just by reloading it and trying again.
I'm currently trying to render a somewhat complex scene and it has been stuck at 0% progress forever. I opened Task Manager per your suggestion and noticed that the CPU was at 99% capacity under the Daz application, while the GPU isn't even being used at all! What is up with that? I have a GTX 970 card. Please see attachment.
