Hi Folks,

Can anyone help me out point me in to the right direction on how to make an earing in daz?

That mosty looks like this?

I Could not find any in the store so need to make them.

If i missed something in the store... then please point it out to me, it saves time instead of making this.

I've tried making a new primitive in daz and select torus and then scale it down its still way to thick and can't make it in to the size like show in the picture.

So i gues we need to make this in Zbrush... i have (4.7) it but haven't used it before.

I've read something like Goz would come in handy but also dont have it and read there are workarounds.

So what i need here is a way to create is in Zbrush, and how to stick it to the models ear (both of them).

Hope you folks here can help me out.

Thanks alot.

  • Try creating a torus, set the units to cm, set the major diameter to 10 and the minor to .2, set the axis to X positive, and apply a gold shader (there will be one from the Default resources, if nowhere else - in the Surfaces pane select the torus by clicking its name in the Editor tab, then in the Presets tab go to Shaders>Iray>Metal). Position the torus in an ear, then Edit>Duplicate>Duplicate Node(s), add a - to the y rotation adn x translation to mirror the model, and parent both to the figure's head.

  • Shit.... that i didn't figure that out.... i find that minor to 1 is even better... thanks alot richard. SUPERB!!!

Even more closer when minor is set to 0,5 cm :)
