Need a fire to put out...

O.K.  I'm looking at this great fire fighting outfit that I bought from DAZ
https://www.daz3d.com/firefighter-uniform-for-genesis-3-males-and-genesis-2-male-s

but I can't find a water hose for my fighter to use to fight the fires... I would be ideal if it came with an optional water spray...    Also need a carry on shoulders prop and last but not least... I need a firetruck... hopefully a very modern looking one to trasport and rescue everybody.  I have other 'firefighting equipment" but a hose and firetruck seem essensial to go with it... after all.. you can't just attack a wall of fire with an axe.

Thanks in advance.

https://www.daz3d.com/fire-truck is an excellent fire truck. I was in the process of making poses for it and the rescue equipment https://www.daz3d.com/rescue-equipment last year, when I realized that there was no fire hose. You need a fire hose, especially for firefighting poses. So I started making one to go with my set, but then things happened and the project was put on the back burner. Since you've shown interest, I'll get it back on my build list for this year.

https://www.daz3d.com/fuel-station has a posable hose, maybe that would work?

I was unaware of the hose in this set. Thanks for pointing it out Sven Dullah!

Depending on how modern you want the fire truck, TruStyles has a Kenworth fire engine over at Renderosity. It's a nice piece of work, like all his/her/their products, though it's made for Poser so you might have to convert the textures. I picked it up a couple of weeks back for a mere $3.50 on sale.

In Rendo's 'Freebies; section you'll also find a poseable hose with a goodly number of morphs. As for a nozzle, I'd look to Maclean's "Everyday Morphing Primitives" set, which is available here at DAZ. Handy as a monkey's tail.

[ edit/correction: The Rendo fire truck is by Vanishing Point, not TruStyles, and it's a Peterbilt, not a Kenworth. OK, so I'm 1 for 3. At least it is a fire truck. ]

  • STRINGS might be useful, too.  It has a poseable hose prop.

Sweet... You know what.. I did a search on 'Firetruck" (no space) and came up with nothing...  Thanks for pointing out that asset.. Look forward to the pose collection and a hose a hose for my firefight...  Remeber to add a salute firefighter style... Have a blessed day.

Haven't bought it yet, not sure if the hose inflates to look right when being used, etc.
