Is it possible to parent shoes to each foot individually (without autofitting)?

Most shoes I've noticed load together, and the "Parent to" option parents both shoes to the chosen body part, which becomes a problem if you try to parent them to the feet since each foot is its own option. So, you end up with both shoes moving with the one foot.

Is it possible to parent the shoes individually to each foot if both shoes load together?

If you can hide one you can sort of do this. I tried it with scuba flippers, where a character for example has one on and one off. It just became easier, I'm afraid to do two renders one with the shoe, and one spot without. Wish more pa's made the shoes individual, but only a few do.

Well you can separate them with geometry editor, load the pair of shoes and select the polys for one shoe and hide them, then delete hidden poygones, save as subset. Load the same pair of shoes and repeat for the other shoe, save as subset. Maybe convert both separated shoes to props. Parent to feet.
