How did you try to install them?
To be perfectly honest Bryce is one thing that we Brycers recommend is installed manually, as Bryce is terribly piccy about how it's content is installed.
Horo, one of our regular brycers, and a Bryce PA has written this PDF to help with installing https://horo.ch/docs/mine/pdf/BryceContent_v4.pdf
Your posts don't help at all.
How did you try to install - with Install Manager? Or did you click the Download link, not the Download and install?
Howdy, I've been working with tech support for a few days. Trying to install Bryce 7.1 Pro High Res Terrains and Bryce 7 Pro Islands. No luck yet.
comment split from: ERROR PATH WAY. and merged with this thread.
Maybe you would have more luck if you moved this thread to the Bryce forum, where you can talk with the creator of the package you are trying to install.
You can move it by clicking on the gear icon at the top right of your first post, next to the star, and selecting edit from the drop down box. You can then change the category on the left hand side using the drop down from "Category"
I've tried manual install, can't get that to work, I get an error message cannot find required path. There is a path listed when I check the installtions tab.
It's the Applications tab you need - click the + button, then enter the details of Bryce (pick its name and version) and click the ... button to set the path to the application.
The two Bryce products that you mention do not actually need installing as such They contain scene files. The best way to deal with them is to make yourself a temp Bryce folder on your computer and unzip the product to that. Then you can direct bryce to open the scene files, once you boot Bryce up. The Scene files will sow up with a suffix of .br7 and will just open up ready to use.
