Probelm Solved

This had something to see with SFD Easy Control for M7 Genitals.

Their product has been updated and the Thickness slide if functional now.

    sounds like there's a morph applied by defaullt when it shouldn't be. If you look in the "currently used" section of the parameters tab after loading the AE, do you see any morph listed there?

    Here is an experiment I made:

    I load the AE without M7 selected. I move the un-parented Gen a little aside. Then I load the AE with M7 selected.

    In the un-erected state, both Gens are the same size.

    If I modify the parameters, (length, width, etc) both versions respond the same way. Except for the Thickness slider. It has effect only on the un-parented AE. On the parented one, it has no effect.
