Having install issues?!?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

My C: drive is nearly full. So a friend of mine help me set up the install on my D: drive for all content. Studio 4.10 is no C: drive. 

I spent a few hours of intalling content into the created folders. I can see the content in studio but is says it is not installed. 

Did I miss a step?
