somehow, i managed to delete the bar that says my stuff and shaping. how do i get them back? im still a beginner, and the program is really giving me a headache...

    Is it Deleted or just Closed? This is closed and can be opened again.

    If they are closed and not just collapsed, Window>Panes(Tabs)>PaneName will bring them back and you can then drag the tab to dock them where you want.. Or just use Window>Workspace>Select layout... to reload the layout, if you haven't any customisations to lose.
