Installing from Renderosity

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked before (I've searched..and youtubed etc.).  Here's my problem:  I've bought the Renderosity zip file 'SF-Design The Boys Preschoolers' and have tried (and failed) to get this installed into 4.1 successfully.  I've followed the instructions, but I can't find the content anywhere.  At one stage, in the content library, I found them but..and here's the thing..I get the message..."..An error occurred while reading the file...". 

 

This is what I get in the log..."...2018-01-25 13:51:22.263 WARNING: cloud\dzcloudtasknotifier.cpp(178): Could not find thumbnail at location meta/1_42071.jpg".

As an extreme newbie...I have absolutely no idea what this means.  Is there anyone who may be able to assist?

The people folder from the zip goes in the content diectory you want to use (e.g. Docuemnts/Daz 3D/Studio/My Library). The fiels will then be in the Content Library under Daz studio Formats>People>Genesis 3 Male>Shapes>SF-Design>The Boys III - Preschoolers. These are, by the look of it, presets so you need the base Genesis 3 male loaded and selected - and of course you need the required products installed.
