Black texture for genesis ?

hey,

I bought V5 and M5 but I cannot find any black skin. I tried to see in the store but I failed to find it :/

please help.

You can use Generation 4 textures on Genesis, V4 and M4 etc.

There are a few products in this bundle taht you can look at. If you type in 'ethnic' in the Store search box, you may find a lot more. Genesis will also be mapped to Gen3 if you have the Generation 3 shapes for Genesis as well.

Aside from those mentioned above, a couple that I like are Benjamin for M5 and Chablis for V4 and Genesis. Chablis comes with a really nice portrait light preset, too. Genesis does not have Gen 3 UV mapping at all. The only thing that having the Gen 3 shapes is for Autofitting their clothes to Genesis.

Just remember if you get or buy V4 or M4 characters, only the skins(makeup, ect) will be usable with Genesis. To use the v4 or M4 character morphs with Genesis, you will need to purchase V4 and/or M4 with ++ morphs, the V4/M4 shapes for Genesis and the GenX plugin to translate the character morphs to Genesis. (Or just purchase V4++ or M4++ and use the character with it).

You can directly use the V4/M4 skins on Genesis without purchasing anything else because Genesis directly supports the V4/M4 UVs. You can of course manually morph your Genesis character to suite your taste.

I have most of the rendercandy freebies and they are good. They are all V4/M4 characters, so only the skin would be usable on Genesis. You can try them out for free before deciding whether you want to purchase anything.
