Problems with Download Manager

I just changed my profile, mailing address and e-mail. Now when I try to use the Download Manager it has my PREVIOUS email already posted in it...... There seems to be no way to change it. I went back and uninstalled the manager, and re-downloaded and re-installed. In spite of my data being changed, I cannot access anything to speak of except my most recent purchases of a few days ago, and I need to re-download Bryce 7 Pro which I have previously purchased/received some time ago now. Please help me out... I appreciate your assistance in the meantime... yes

    Daz 4.9 and the install manager failed today. They only half open with a small icon in the task bar,no window on the desktop,  right click open does not work and it will not close. When to send a help request but it will not summit without a purchase order and request number or  another number before it can be submited. I unstand I must likely have to do a complete reinstall but I would like to know I can get the  free and purchased stuff completely back. it is windows 7 I just did a widows update my bet is it undate net c or c++ ..

    Createa new account in DIM (use dummy data, you aren't going to log in withit) and then select Work Offline. If you now click on the gear icon to open preferences you should be able to select and modify your main account.

    Install Manager is just a way of accessing your account, it can't affect your account itself and as long as the Downloads and Manifests foldrs are left alone it won't lose downloads or installs.

    Just put NA or a - in the fields that don't apply when submitting a ticket.
