Any easy way to create a morph with active geografts?

I'm bummed because I always have to unparent my geografts before exporting my model for incremental morphs.
is there a technique that avoids this?
my workflow now is to unparent geografts, then export to obj, edit in Hexagon, save obj then import with morph loader pro. Finally, fit geografts back onto genesis.
Problem is, this way I always lose my geografts morphs and have to do those again. Tedious...
there must be a better way, right?

Can't you just make it invis before exporting and make sure the option to "ignore invisible nodes" is checked in the export options?
