Orc HD Won't Fully Install for Me

Let me explain. The product installs via connect and I can use it, but when applying the materials it appears to be missing files. The icon has the update needed circle and arrow but when I try to update it or update meta data it just spins then eventually times out. Could this be a server load sharing issue? I've seen this a few times in the past with particularly popular products.
