Effects of 'Point At' are not saved

This is a problem I have when using the 'Point At' function. I mainly use 'Point At' to aim my characters eyes correctly.
After setting the eyes, if I save a scene then re-open it, the eyes are visibly not pointing at target any more, although the 'Point At' is still properly set.
I already tried to lock the 'Point At' property once set, but the problem persists.
Interestingly, if I just move the head (or the target) just a bit, the eyes aim back to their intended target.
This is a big problem when using batch rendering.

Interesting. I tried it on mine... And it seems to be functioning. I use point at a lot! Sorry you are having problems. Can't think of what could be causing it.
You may need to occasionally point the eyes at some other object then repoint them at the desired object
Known problem. May have something to do with the order in which items are stored in the DUF file. Submit a ticket with an example. If enough of us do this, maybe they’ll finally fix it.
in the mean time, when I’m going to batch render, I open up the eye setting and “overtype” the values set by “point at” so that the “manual versions” match the “point at” versions. Nuisance, but it works.
I just tried a test where the target and figure were created and ordered differently. Either way, the figure (eyes) did not point correctly on load. It's easy to jiggle the target or whatever, but one must always remember to do so, which is annoying.
Maybe if enough tickets get submitted on it...
This has happened to me in earlier DS 3 or 4 versions (sorry I can't be more specific), but just tested a scene with Orc Brute for G8M on DS 4.10.0.123 Pro 64-bit for PC and his eyes are still pointing at the camera. My saved file was from yesterday.
I just now made a change to the scene, saved it, closed/reopened DS and loaded the scene, and his eyes are still pointing at the camera as expected.
Any chance this issue is character-specific? Can you try a newer figure/character and see if it works correctly? That's all I can think of at the moment.
