Poser 10 on windows 10 executable file has stopped working

Haven't been able to use this software ever since I bought it; all it shows is a lady smiling is it any way I can get the file to start working?

    This has happened to me as well and even when I buy a brand new copy of Poser it does not work.  So what is up with this ?

    Trying to use Poser 10.

    Also, Poser is NOT on the Windows program listing.  So I can't uninstall it.

    And now when I put in the discs in my cd\dvd unit, it won't show me the files. It just shows a blank screen.

    Needless to say this is most frustrating and Poser is not cheap.  I really need it to be more reliable than this.
