Editing the Actors, Wardrobe, & Props Tab?

So, I've seen in a few videos where people will have clickable icons for genesis 3 female and male and genesis 8 female and male right on the Actors, Wardrove, & Props Tab (at the top in the horizontal bar space with Status Bar, Create, & Basic View Port Tools). The amount of time this would save me (instead of constantly scrolling through the Smart Content to find them would be useful. I'm not sure if this is allowed for everyone or only PAs. Is this possible?

I've seen it too, and thought I read how somewhere here on the forums, bt the time I tried it, I couldn't get it to work. However, if you right click on the icon and select he "Create custom action" option in the pop-up menu, it will create a shortcut in the "Scripts" menu (which will be created if it doesn't already exist) so you can use that instead.
