April Shower problem

It seems April shower doesn't fit properly. Here using V5 supermodel. When posing the figure, i get serious poke through.
It doesn't adjust as other clothing does. I am using Studio 4.6. Any ideas on what's wrong?

    Make sure you have smoothing on for the clothes items. Under smoothing set collision to Genesis.

    Smoothing is on, as is collision for genesis. Clothing does fit at the default pose, but as soon as i dial the supermodel shape or pose the figure, pokethrough occurs.

    I had problems with the boots breaking with other than a plain V5, basically this outfit is really only any good if you want a boring V5, its a shame as its a nice set and it totally contradicts the point of Genesis.
