Can a resolution be applied differently to the body parts of Genesis 8?

I want to apply High Resolution on the face only. Is there a way?

No it is all one mesh. You would need to work on a subdivided version and create normal maps or learn to exaggerate the morph (like extra high or deep creases to give the detail in the faces)
