Can I access old support tickets to help with me a problem that happned once before, and was fixed?

If so, how?

You go to here:

https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

and instead of opening a new support ticket you click on Signin, top right, & it will show you your old support tickets.
