LOOK AT MY HAIR ISSUE

I downloaded the free Look At My Hair Program, I downloaded some of the presets from the site, but when I try to load them nothing happens. 

I just get this messege: 'There is no matching figure available.' I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Please help.

    Hello, did you get it to work? Im new to this.. trying LAMH Player on Genesis 8 and get that message
