Daz Staff Out For Holidays?

I submitted a refund request days ago for a refund on a product I was disappointed with. Have not heard back.

    Daz did take some time off for the holidays, and are probably busier than usual anyway.

    They gave my instructions to fix a bug I had yesterday but their emails said they have more tickets than usual because of the higher volume of sales during the holidays.
