Working with Inverse Kinematics

Hi guys, I`ve spent a fair amount of time looking online but I can`t figure out how to activate the IK stuff on dazStudio 4.5
How do I facilitate the joint pinning and inverse kinematics as shown in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59ijnYHM9cU

When you have the Universal manipulator tool active there's a little pin icon on the control widget that appears next to the selected bone - click that icon to get the pinning menu.
IK is turned on by default too.
