Poses?

Is it possible to use poses for Genesis 8 on Genesis 3 characters?

They would need to be converted in order to work properly. I have seen some free scripts out there somewhere but I picked up https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-3-to-genesis-8-pose-converter which will convert G3-G8 & G8-G3. I converted a bunch in a very short time since you can point it at a directory and it will travers the sub-driectories and convert the poses it finds. It puts the converted poses in a location you specify.

Note that expressions are a different story. I haven't had any luck with expressions yet.

Yes, most of them will auto fit fairly well (except for shoes.  for some reason, shoes just don't autofit well, although Sickleyield has a couple of really good tutorials on how to do shoes and boots on her Deviant Art account).  Genesis 8 clothing will not fit Genesis 3 clothing though without a lot of extra work.  And even then, I've found the results to be....iffy.
