Can only adjust head

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Wondering if I did something to lock a figure I am working on.  When using the node selecter tool the only thing I can highlight is the head, cannot pose any other part.

Suggestions welcome

    What does it look like in the scene tab? You should be able to pick everything in there.
