Why Do I need to Install again after Download and Installation?

Attached is an example of what I mean.  I use the Daz Install Manager that is supposed to download and install, but often when I open DS I get items like the attached 2 that want me to "install".  I used to think it was just because the item was older or something, but this one is a Gen 8 item wanting to be installed?  Why do some things install correctly and some do not (and I totally get the "Install Update", but that is a rare case)?

    That would be DAZ connect items that it wants to download, do you mean that you already downloaded and installed those 2 using DIM ?

    Yes I already downloaded and installed using DIM.  But there are items created in 2012 and 2014 that I am currently having to "install" also, would those older things be Daz Connect items too?
