Zero Figure Position Without Resetting Pose
Is there a way to zero the position of a figure without resetting the pose. I bought a pose set (Kochi Castle Assualt) but the poses are obviously linked to a particular spot in a preset scene because they disappear from view and some of them move quite a long way from the zero point and the handles are a long way from the figure which makes manually repositioning them difficult as they need to be zoomed out a long way to get both the actor and the handles in view at the same time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IF on a Win System hold down Ctrl as you apply the pose. A Pop up will open, turn X,Y,Z Translate off.
Thanks heaps for that, you're a life saver.
No, actually that didnt work, any other ideas.
Using DS. Windows 7 64 bit system. Nothing happens, it just applies the pose.
How are you applying the pose? I hold down Ctrl and then Double click the pose Icon. I then get the shown Popup.
EDIT do not stop holding Ctrl till it opens.
that's exactly what i did but nothing happened except the pose was applied.
The ctrl (cmd on a Mac) modify works only with native pose presets, not with Poser pose files. Just zero the translations on the hip, by alt(opt for a Mac) clicking on the slider.
OK, thanks Richard. That worked.
@Jaderail,
That dialog box does come up when I try it with a different pose set. Thanks for the tip even though it didnt work for these poses, I can see that being very handy in the future.
OPPS should have asked if they were Poser pose files. My dumb by not following through better.
At least you have both ways now.
I had no idea that they were poser files, PS files don't normally show up in the content library when I'm browsing the products section.
i found why there is not show those option
CTRL show options pose only if yoy are in "Daz Studio Format" pose selection!
nothing happend when you are in "Poser Format" selection!
