Install Manager not installing

I'm trying to install Install Manager on my Macbook (ver 10.12.6) but everytime I open it, it "quits unexpectedly." Any idea what it could be?

    Is it the installer that accidently quit or the install Manager itself?

    And if you go to console.app and looks up the crash log, can you copy the first 100 lines about and post them hwre?
