No product image on installed content

I installed via DAZ Connect https://www.daz3d.com/the-night-before-christmas and https://www.daz3d.com/art-deco-cabinet but they both show a blank or default product image.
Is it just me or it is a general problem?

It is a general and repetitive problem. I've submitted several help requests about this, and yet it keeps happening. PC+ products are the worst offenders, but even Lucas 8 (a Daz base model) has the blank thumbnail.
Thanks for answering, it is good news knowing it is not a problem with my install, but it is bad news knowing it is a recurrent problem.
Do they eventually fix the product image or is something i'll have to live with?
Most have eventually been fixed. I wrote a help request about Lucas 8 over 3 weeks ago, but it hasn't been fixed yet. I suggest that you submit a help request about the ones you find. I'm sure you've purchased things that I haven't, so don't rely on someone else to report the problem.
