Hello!!

Hello! I'm John and I'm new to Daz3D!!

I am a Senior VDC Engineer in Chicago and I'm a long time 3D modeler. I also own my own side business GravityArt 3D Studio. I primarilly deal with architecture and architectural environemtns. Generally I utilize Sketchup for simple modeling of buildings and I export to Lightwave 3D for more advanced modeling, texturing, rendering and animation. I came across DAz from an Ad click and I'm very intrigued!! Is there a large market on Daz for 3D environments and building models??

Thank you!!

John

    Hi John,

I think so, but an actual PA here could probably give you better insight into how well environments may do vs. characters/clothes - I see a lot coming out, so I think there's a pretty big demand. Personally, I'm always looking for great environments and buildings!!

It all depends on the quality of the product. I'm an environment PA and make ok money, enough for us to do this full time. I know clothing PA's that make about the same, maybe a bit more. Like I said it all depends on the quality of it and good promos.
