V4 to G3 but with creature creator

Hello everyone, newbie here. I'll cut to the chase. There is no creature creator for G3 but i'd like to convert a Victoria4 character (with ears, feline legs and tail, for example) into a G3, keeping all the morphs i made. Is this possible? And how?
