Textures Not Showing Up

Okay. I've been doing more work, trying to create props and so on of my own, but something peculiar has happened in one of my projects. I'd load a texture onto the item in question, but the texture wouldn't show up, at least not in the normal workspace. It'll show up when I render, but it won't show up otherwise.

It may seem a bit nit-picky of me, but that sort of thing does bug me. And I'd like to know what's causing it.
