Is there any way to contact the artiist- or creator- of a product, to inquire if a very simple alteration could be made to a product, before purchase?

    Contact Customer Service, as they generally handle this sort of thing as a convenience to the content creator.

    There are some products that- for me to be able to use them, some simple adjustments need to made.  Very simple, I believe; but necessary.
