Install manager won't find and download part 2 (Pool HouseOBJ) of stonemasons pool house

I just looked in my log file for install manager and found: Product 22237-2:The Pool HouseOBJ has no tags.

I checked my download folder and noticed that there is only 22237-01 The Pool House and install manager can't find it to download either. The file is in my product library and can be downloaded manually but is there any way to get install manager to find it and install it?

    What are your Download Filter settings in DIM? You could try manually downloading the zip then dropping it in the DIM Downloads folder, at which point DIM could install it.

    Thanks for helping out.

    I never changed anything in the filter settings as I have no clue about what filters to use, so I guess the standard filters are applied. Could I just drop the manually downloaded zip file to the folder where Install manager downloads everything to? Do I need an xml file to the manually downloaded zip? I noticed that every object in the downloader folder has one.

    Yes, just pop the zip into the Downloads folder with the rest - DIM will geenrate the .dsx file for you, only the zip is needed.
