Interactive mode does NOT WORK!

Hi,  i think it's already been 3 or 4 months i asked for help about this. Nobody knew how to help me so i gave up and start working with Photoreal, the problem with photoreal are that is too heavy, and it limits me.

But recently i start to use the draw settings and change it to interactive and IT WORKED! than i load a scene with envoriment and genesis 3 and clothes, etc... AND IT WORKED TOO! And it gets better.... I click to render and WORKS!... but it was too good to be true...

I decided to make some tests to compare the quality of both, and i started other scene and the problems came back again!

What happen are that in the draw settings, when i put in interactive mode that happens ---> (https://imgur.com/a/FYi7q)  Will load forever if I let.

Other time doesn't even carry (https://imgur.com/a/GdEW1)

And if i change to Photoreal (https://imgur.com/a/Rboty)

If the render mode is marked as interactive this happen ---> (https://imgur.com/a/jvOQL) and if are marked as photoreal ---> (https://imgur.com/a/kNSNT)

If i start an scene with interactive mode enabled when i click in nvidia iray will work and if i click in render it will works too...  I save this scene, close the program and open again, load the scene and works too! i make an change on the scene and does not work again! (I cannot create the same scene every time i start the program.) (While writing this I realized that if the scene was too heavy, it also does not works) but this no make sense, because it load in photoreal what is are more heavy.

Restarting the program don't solve the problem, no even reinstall it.

My english sucks, but i hope someone understand. Please someone help-me!
