Redeeming Giftcard problem

I have a problem with redeeming giftcard on DAZ3d site. I hope this is the right place to ask this question. It happened 2 times for now. It just doesn't accept gift card code and it says it is not good. First time (before month) I couldn't do it but somehow, after few tries it worked after I went to Store Credit tab and tried to redeem it there. 2nd time (yesterday) I couldn't do it at all but then I tried from my old lap top and it worked. I was really worried what to do if I am not able to redeem it at all, what should I do. It might be some problem with it because I have changed my email I used on DAZ site before two months from my older to new email.

When you want to redeem it make sure you are putting the code into the appropriate box. Once redeemed it will show up in store credit. You may just need to clear cache and Daz cookies if you are only having problems on a specific computer.
The only strange part of the process is that you get absolutely no feedback when you manage to redeem the giftcard. Check your store credits after clicking on the redeem button, to see if it worked.
Ok thanks, I didn't tried to clear the cache. That might work. I know how to redeem giftcard i did it many times i just am not sure what to do if I can't make it. Last two times I got message that giftcard number is not good and it just didn't worked. I don't know what does it mean, and why it is happening and what should I do if I can't make it work.
If you can't get it to work, then send a message to customer support (bottom of the page, "Contact us" link), give them the giftcard code, tell them what's going on, and they will do whatever they need to do. You won't lose any money, don't worry about that -- Daz is pretty good at solving these situations.
Are you copy+pasting the code? Make sure there's not a stray space at the beginning/end
Ok thanks. I will do that. Now I feel a lot better knowing that they care for best. And thanks, yes I know about blank spaces. I have cleared cache it seems to work better I think.
