Daz Studio to Hexagon to Daz Studio

Hope this is the right forum for this question.

I have been using the Studio to Hexagon function to turn characters into props ( I am doing a scene wit ha lot of people in it so turning them into props means I cna get a hell of a lot more people into the scene )

Things have been going OK but now I'm having problems, sometimes a figure wont appear in Hex whe nI hit the Studio to Hex button, sometimes the figure will but not all of the clothing items will, sometimes the figure will appear in Hex but the nwont appear in Studio when I send it back as a prop.

Anyone know what could be causing this function to sometimes work and sometimes not? Its not consistant.

I'm up againsts a deadline to get this piece finished as its for a commision so am pulling my hair out
