so i got a new computer and i want DAZ3d on it too. i bought some extra stuff like face and body morph sets and hair models which i don't want to lose, can i just sign in with my account on my new computer and download them again with install manager on my new computer?

Yes, download Install Manager and enter your detials. Before isntalling DS/Install Manager, make sure your Docuemnts folder is on the drive you want (if you haev an SSD for boot and a mechanical drive for docs you probably want content on the mechanical drive) - the default DS content diectory will use the documents path. If you install content with DIM rather than via Connect, the Smart Content and Install panes in DS itself), then you may want to change the path in DIM before installing content (click the gear icon at top-left and go to the Installation tab) and then adjust it to match in the Content Directory Manager in Ds (Edit>Prefrences>Content Tab>Content Directory Manager).
To move the Windows Docuemnts (and other) foldrs find them in C:\Users\YOU\, right-click, select Proeprties, go to the Location tab, and click Move. Most applications will respect the choice made here at the time of install - which is why it shoudl be one of the first things you do on a new system (if you don't want to use the C: drive).
