IPAD book apps

Hello all. Does anyone know if using render items in an iPad book app is considered animation. I'm thinking a ball bouncing, flower waving, fire appearing to flicker. Those kind of things, not any funky chicken type stuff and not any animation built within daz itself. It would be an image that hides n unhides, image of a ball that appears to move across the page using a frame that changes its location every second. Etc.

    I am not sure why you are asking, or what relevance it has?

    You are entitled to create renders OR animations using DAZ Studio, and sell them on, or use them in games etc. What you cannot do, is to use one of the DAZ 3D meshes in a game without a Game Developers Licence.

    Does that answer your question, or is it an iPad thing?
