How do you infuse the Hair and use Decimator

When I export Toon Boy Sam the hair is almost a head taller and I can't adjust it in exchange - I seen a tutorial on embedding the hair some where so it remains in place once imported but I can't find it - I think it had a process for the clothes too but their not a problem here so far.
and how do I use the decimator -Is it a plug in - I go to windows tab and it's just not their - I might have the wrong selection tool but I've kind of gone through them looking.
I want to bring the hair down to about 5000 and the avatar to about ten , I think so I can us it in IClone.

He looks a bit goofy with out his hair - lol

    it is often easier to export short hair separately as an obj and attach it as an accesory in iClone.
    Decimator under windows, not tabs, further down. it is an extra paid plugin.

    Thanks Wendy - Now I can move on to all my Viseme and Morphing data - lol
    I thought their was something up with the Dicimator - I looked every where for it - Sam seems to motion out pretty smooth in IClone so it may not be a big deal -

    Yeah - It worked alright - I just imported it as a prop. Didn't do much work here but ........................

    Pretty cool Wendy - All I could ever play on a piano is color my world by Chicago - lol - That would be a good one for Jimmy Toon - lol - I love all the band ones in IClone.

    I was looking for a tutorial on manually bringing the viseme's , muscle , blink and maybe some custom morphs from Daz. Every time I find one , they insert the Duh file after about 14 minutes. lol - I don't have the facial pipeline. Can't you just save these and import them in or similar. I thought I might be able to come up with one on you tube. Do you have some book marked ?

    I didn't realize Daz was going to be as easy to use BUT I have a lot to learn.. If they had some better movie render selections I'd be happier with them but it's really cool,.
