Can't install some products

I just did a re-install on a new system.  Through various overwrites and updates I was able to get most products back in, but some aren't installing.

I used DIM for most of them.  Then I went through products and installed anything that I needed connect for.  But there's still about a dozen that I can't install.  They're all greyed out and have an icon of a notebook with a U on it.  DIM say's they're installed, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, but still no good.  What's going on?

    Are you sure your just not looking in the right place for the packs? Go to your installed tab in  DIM and select the pack you are looking for. Right click on it and select "Show Installed Files" and that will show you exactly where everything is.

    Apparently I needed to click on "update metadata" for each product.  Then it let me install them.

    If you install with DIM you shouldn't have to. If you install manually you may need to. There have been a few times that even though I installed with DIM I had to reimport metadata, but not to often. If you are going to do it within DIM then go to your install tab and select all your products and reimport. Doing one at a time isn't needed, or just select the packs you just installed and do them all at once.
