M3D Clayton missing morphs. Also Growing Up.

I noticed when I was looking for the Duplicate error on another figure that there were some errors about this product and Growing up. The errors say that morphs could not be found. I followed that path for both and it appears to be looking for the morphs in the Daz content directory under Data. I have confirmed that they are not there, if that is where it is indeed looking. The path starts with \Data, so there are a few choices.

However both of this products were installed through Connect, so shouldn't it be looking in the connect folder? There is a \data folder in Connect, but there are just two folders inside it and one of them is Cloud and that's where everything is. And the path is definitely NOT \data\cloud

Could it be that these products aren't really Connect compliant?

    Which morphs? It may well be that there are corrective JCMs to work with morphs you don't have, in which case the errors would be expected and harmless.

    There's a conflict between Growing Up and M3D Clayton. The last I heard, the vendors were working on the issue, but I haven't heard any updates. You should be seeing a "duplicate formulas" error when you load G3M, even without using those or any other morphs.

    That said, are the files present in the product directory under \data\cloud? It may simply be looking in the wrong place; how that can be fixed, I don't know, since I don't use Connect. Copy them to the directory where it's trying to look, maybe?

    If that does fix the problem, a help desk ticket should probably be filed with Daz to let them know that Connect isn't installing the content correctly.

    I went back and looked to try to copy and paste some of the errors here, and while I was looking I realized that those errors earlier in the month. So I'm not sure if they are still valid or not. I got a new computer no so long ago and maybe I was installing stuff then.

    If you want to clear the log file, do you just select everything and delete it?

    I can see duplicate formula errors, but I'm not sure how you know what the conflict is with.

    Yes, you can just select everything in the log and delete it, save it, and close the file.

    Here are some of the files that I get errors on (as I said everything was installed through Connect):

    But I don't get where it is looking for these files. Taking the first one for example...It is looking in /data/DAZ 3d/Male/Morphs/Zev0/Aging Morhps 3/BendfixAbdoUpperBendbackS2SRSSH2.dsf

    This directory doesn't sound like it is under the Connect Directory. If I go to my connect directory, I find /Daz 3d/Studio/My Daz Connect Library/data

    Under date there are two folders...auto_adapted and cloud. In cloud every product is in a folder by number like 1-855.

    Or does connect create some folders somewhere else other than where I am looking?

    Or does connect not work correctly for these products?

    I just looked up the product number for the aging morphs 3 and I went into the folders under that number and it appears that the first file is there. So I'm not sure what to do now.
