UVs and differences between characters issue

I made a "eyeliner" map for G3F, and got it just right, to use in the layered image editor with the default maps. (using the G3F Templates).
I then tried to use it with the Aiko7 maps, but it slid down the face onto the upper cheek. It ends up the Aiko7 maps use an Aiko7 UV Set, which is shifted from the default G3F UV set.
Is there a way to apply a mask/texture based on the default G3F UV's that would work on all derived UV's?
I tried to apply the A7 maps, and then change the UV Set back, but then the whole A7 texture slides up the face...

LIE adds your overlay to the base texture, so they have to use the same UVs.
You could convert A7 texture to the base UVs using map transfer function in DS.
Or maybe you could try applying the overlay to a geoshell instead of using LIE, I think you can change the UVs on the geoshell.
